Customer service is very good when I email and have questions. I feel like the provider should have explained why my med dose was changed before making the change. The chat service is very poor (at least for what I was asking) apparently they do not have access to my records so my chat was a waste of time. Virtual call was perfect!

There was no notice about needing a…
There was no notice about needing a appointment to get my refill put through. it wasn't until i was a week into needed the new meds and hadn't received that i reached out and was told i needed an appointment before they could process. a little frustrating. but was able to get the appointment fast, same day, and the conversation was smooth and easy.

Satisfied, especially for the price!
Great communication and reasonably fast shipping. Took a week from my order to receive it. I forgot to log in and ask for a dosage increase before my 3rd dose, so one more month at a lower dose... However, once I asked for the increase, they did it right away. In hindsight, instead of doing the initial online approval, I should have asked to meet with a provider. That might have ensured that I got the right dose to begin with. At my consult, the provider was a native English speaker who knew these medications and side effects well! Easy to increase dose!
