Don’t waste your time or money.
I was charged immediately. I indicated on my intake that I couldn’t have b vitamins in the compound. No one reached out. I thought I read they would approve the medicine within 72 hours. It’s been 5 days. On Saturday 9/5 I submitted: “I do not consent to a compounded formulation containing any form of vitamin B12, including methylcobalamin, cyanocobalamin, or hydroxocobalamin. Which pharmacy and formulation can you provide without B12? I was told to “rest assured” because my request was getting to the proper place. Today, 9/9 I was told the script already went to the pharmacy. Another agent told me it hadn’t, I can’t get a refund, and I can have an appointment with a doctor. This is just a cheap one and done business that does not listen or read intake forms.

We completely understand your frustration, especially after clearly communicating your B12 concerns and then receiving conflicting information about whether your prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. You deserved to have your intake information properly reviewed and your questions addressed before moving forward. We’re truly sorry for the confusion and lack of communication. Your concerns matter to us, and we’d like to have your experience properly reviewed so we can understand what happened and determine the best way to address it. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Embody Team
