Very clear when speaking and made sure I understood

I am a new customer of Embody but have had a positive experience so far. My application process and first delivery were both easy and on time. I am pleased with the customers service as well and was given a representative, Dyane, who answered my questions and assisted me with upgrading to a bundle when I was ready. It's a relief to have a direct line to an actual person available to help me through this journey. I can't speak for the long term, I have heard of delivery delays, but I hope to not encounter anything that makes for a bad experience. For now, very satisfied with joining Embody and the product and customer care!
