It's legit and pays. It's great to get points that convert into cash for paying off credit cards and putting money into savings. Bad part is that the max is only $1,500 for both paying off credit card and putting into savings. So you can never earn the minimum withdraw each month of $20 which is annoying. First withdraw was $15 than after it goes up to $20. Which is 10k points. So you would have to do this 3 months to get 9k points. You do get weekly points for doing their quizzes but it's only 20 each for 3 quizzes. And that's if you get everything right. 3 plus months is a long time to earn $20 bucks lol. Other than that. If you're patient and want a little money every few months it's worth it. I do it for that but wish it was better.

I am currently trying to get an actual live agent to review a reward that has been stuck since March. I went through all my emails and no verification email from same day. I went through "Bottie" and it told me a contradictory statement that the system is fully automated no agent can review that information but then asked me if I wanted a live agent to review and investigate further. Then it said a four day wait to get support. I understand backlog but come on 4 days. Update: April 18th. Jessika from support reached out to me(I used my credit union to bypass the AI) and she was able to let me know what happened and tell me what was going on with everything else. I would recommend debbie to anyone. She also mentioned that they will be looking into why Bottie did not send me to a human in the firstplace when it started contradicting itself and I had asked for a human.
