I was really enjoying Debbie a lot until this past weekend. I applied for SoFi banking through Debbie. I have screenshot proof of this activity. This was a few months ago. I was awarded the points and everything has been working fine. Suddenly, the app says my account is disconnected and three dollars have been taken off of my rewards. My homepage now says my SoFi application needs action. I’ve disconnected and reconnected six times with no results. The AI bot is spinning in circles not answering my question and no real customer service rep will respond to me. I can’t cash out what I’ve earned because it’s telling me I’m not connected to a checking account, but my Accounts page says I’m connected. The money I earned is trapped in there and no one will help me fix this. I feel scammed. I was so consistent to earn those rewards and then right when I want to redeem them my account is suddenly “disconnected” despite Plaid claiming the connection was successful and no one will respond to me. I am requesting that the money I earned is released to me so I can quit using this scam app.

I am not able to earn the savings account rewards despite linking my account and putting away $100. It still says no activity, and I cannot find a way to contact Debbie customer support.

Been pretty disappointed in the app lately. It has glitched multiple times and not documented payments I have made or money I have put into savings. I was so excited to be reaching my goals, only to be totally let down that it wouldn't shoe up on the app. Customer service was really helpful at first. The last time I sent a message about an issue I had of several payments not being documented, savings not being documented, and my goal actually going up rather than down after said payments, I sent screenshots of my issue. The customer service rep did nothing to help. Very disappointed with Debbie right now. Hoping it improves soon.

Nothing ever updates - and every time I try to “reconnect” my accounts, I get a message that something went wrong - I have gotten so frustrated that I am ready to just quit using the app.
