Belle has been the best company I’ve ever dealt with! Yes, I said ever! The customer service and care team are top tier. I was first with my PCP’s compound and the prices went up every time I went up in dose. But at that time I was happy to be able to be completely under my doctor’s supervision. The only problem was that he didn’t know enough about the ins and outs of what the journey consisted of. That’s when I started researching on my own and found Belle on YouTube. Their team’s channels helped so much I joined the circle group they offer to anyone. As I saw how happy everyone was with the service, products they offered and all the educational materials they offered, I had to check them out. When I found out all prices were the same for any dose and had learned so much from them I switched and it’s been the best decision I’ve made! I wouldn’t do this journey with any other company!

From the very first decision to switch to Belle from my local compounding my experience since April 26 has been very positive. Everyone very helpful anytime I had a question. Best company by far for GLP-1 medications. They genuinely care about the people they support and the community portal is fabulous! A member of their team reaches out just enough for me to know they are there if I need them or have any questions, but not too much to be overwhelmed. I’m so glad I made the switch!

As a customer accessing a GLP-1, I have had a great experience from day 1, and with the new platform it has gotten even better. I have not encountered any issue when I have needed to contact someone; communication has been smooth. I like the ability to join or peruse a topic or conversation in the forum. I have not utilized other products, but have no reason to believe it would not be more of the same!
