That’s so sweet—thank you! We always love seeing your product reviews and appreciate you more than you know Inocencio. It means a lot that you chose us over the rest. We’ll keep working hard to make every order just as smooth (and fun) as the last! -Janet August

Our work is very personal to us and your continued attempts to disparage us across multiple platforms only reinforce that we made the right decision. To clarify, we issued you a full refund and allowed you to keep the products you received. We only asked that you not shop with us in the future due to your blatant and unwarranted disrespect. As a small, family-owned business, we treat every customer with kindness and do our absolute best to rectify any wrongs— BUT we don't have the luxury of outsourcing unwarranted harassment to front-line customer reps like a large corporation. Too much of our family's sense of purpose is derived from making our customers happy. Unfortunately, that means we cannot allow customers like you to deplete our energy and take away from that purpose. It is clear as day, that you use aggressive language and disrespect to bully companies into giving you more than you paid for. I'm sorry if we hurt your ego and cut you off before you could take more from us. -Janet August
