Absolutely pathetic service
Absolutely pathetic service. Sent money on December 13, today is 30th Dec and yet no signs of delivery. Customer service stopped replying since last week, so I am in a limbo not sure what the next steps would be. I'll reach out to my bank tomorrow and see if they can help. Stay away from these scammers

If option was to give negative rating even that would have been more. Worst app with 0 customer support service. They trick you with your 1st transaction and 2nd time they will hold your money.

Easily the worst money transfer service
Easily the worst money transfer service! Am not sure if it is a scam or not but it has all the classic scam traits - take your money, keep changing the delivery dates multiple times, customer support almost non-existent, use a big global brand as a cover (Times group is a big media conglomerate). Been 3 weeks since I initiated the transfer, and still hoping they will deliver my money. The day before the committed delivery date they push it out by a few more days. Not sure what's going on. I've used other apps like Remitly and Aspora and they are reliable though their rates are slightly less than Abound. Frankly, the extra exchange rate is not worth the delay, hassle, and uncertainty. Stay away from Abound! I would have given minus 5 stars but the lowest I can go is 1.

Abound is a fraud company
Fraud company who took money from your account and will never deliver to India. Don't trust any positive reviews. They all are paid reviews.

Scammers, dishonest, money stuck for weeks
If I could rate it -ve stars , I'd give it. most dishonest, scam company. stuck my $20000 for about 2 months, used my money . Had to follow up with multiple emails, social media tags but it all went to deaf ears. finally had to file a police complaint against them to get my money back. PLS PLS do a favor to yourself &stay away from them

Gives better rate compared to other…
Gives better rate compared to other remittance compiters but we receive funds always late even after several fallowups the arrival date keeps on changing and the funds never received on time. No customer care support and chat response is very very slow and not appropriate

Platform is not mature
Platform is not mature, there is a lot of manual intervention, leading to consistent time spent with support. Yes the support team will try to help you out but the tech needs to evolve. Examples: 1. Cash delivery dates is a moving target which tells me there is no consistent way of knowing when the cash will be delivered 2. Cashback during promo is not automated atleast in my case, which leads to follow ups.
