Having joined JMT and then the Mentorship program in January and then attending IMC in February my feedback is that over the past two months my thinking has been challenged and it has been wonderfully refreshing. In January I emersed myself in Roddy’s training and by the end of January saw such a change in my approach to speaking - and look forward to more growth - just sent in my second video for Rodfy’s constructive critique . Also a great shout out to John as I followed his lead in focusing on the audience before a speaking engagement. I had about 20 minutes where I could see everyone in the room and could pray for each individual. Afterwards a woman came up to ask me how she felt so cared for as I spoke. I shared with her about my prayers and tears rolled down her cheeks as we hugged. I have now moved into Christisn’s training. Wow! His wisdom and insights are adding so much value to my daily communications and the team I lead. This past week I began 2 MMG at work and the feedback has demonstrated that this personal growth journey (15 laws) is impacting us all. Thanks for these tremendous resources and for the fresh wind blowing through my heart, mind and soul. Niña

Attending the February IMC was an experience that was amazing from my arrival to my departure. Each moment built upon the one before.
