In just a few months I have experienced a very friendly and super professional environment like no other. All expectations have been met and exceeded. All the tools are available for your success, you just have to “Trust the Process” and do the work. John’s material is time and battle tested. I am new to the JMT having joined in…
I am new to the JMT having joined in the summer of 2027 and attending the IMC last week. The program, materials and faculty are top notch. I decided to join mentorship, etc. my only dissapointment was the additional day after the IMC. I believe the fact that you are staying an extra day and paying for the extra program is to be pitched an add on program from the faculty. I attended Christian’s session, I am guessing the others were the same. No problem with the faculty offering and selling value, but it should be made very clear that is what is going on. Maybe it was there, but It must have been in the fine print. I want to see the JMT continue to succeed in making a difference in peoples lives. The extra day experience was dillutive to what otherwise was a great experience.

Thanks for the feedback. First let me just say WELCOME to the JMT and to mentorship. I am glad that you had a great time of learning and growing at the IMC event. As for the extra day, optional, workshops they are not a part of the IMC event but a value add-on requested by members who are traveling to the IMC from all over the world and who have requested additional onsite teaching and training from the faculty. And so the teaching faculty have decided to offer additional optional workshops and programs from their own individuals coaching, training, and speaking businesses. Ed, thanks for being a valuable member of the JMT. Keep growing and adding value to others.

IMC was very rewarding. I was very tired when it was done. Met a lot of great people. Felt very safe there. Felt included, despite the number of people. It was great to get a photo with Roddy and one with Susan, and one with Dr. Ivan Meisner that I can share with my BNI group when I go back this week. I am taking Chis's 20 day challenge, rising early for Christian's teaching in the morning before my local chamber meeting, and meeting with my first client tomorrow afternoon to play the leadership game with their team. Am stoked, and looking forward to my weekly talks with the mentorship team to bolster me. I am looking forward to not just getting my business boosted, but to knocking it out of the park - and by golly, I am going to take as many with me as I can! I look forward to learning more as I continue onward and upward toward club level if I can make it. My word for the year is "Ts'michah", which is the Hebrew word for growth. In Hebrew, each word implies continuous action, so growth in Hebrew is translated as "growing" or "lifting up". Each letter also has a meaning, and they can be stringed together to make a sentence. For this word, the sentence is: "The righteous works with chaos to capture revelation". Now that is just plain beautiful to me. It came to me during the IMC, which I indeed, found inspirational! The only thing I could think to improve would be to allow an additional day for people to stay for 1 on 1 coaching. I knowI would pay or it.
