The IMC was a fantastic experience! I learned so much, and even had some personal "aha" moments. I hope to see the fruits of my learning and actions soon. I do have a few comments that I hope you take into consideration: 1. The theme of the IMC was "Unity Through Diversity". I definitely saw diversity everywhere I looked in the conference hall - except on the stage. There, diversity was limited to race, gender and language. But it seemed that everyone was Christian. Now I get that JMT is based on John's teachings, and that he is a preacher. I take no issue with his religious references. But if you really want true diversity, you should have people representing other religions onstage. There was plenty of evidence of other faiths being present (such as a number of women wearing hijab), so there should be no shortage of potential future speakers. 2. The website is not user friendly. I understand that there is quite a bit of content to upload, but I'm pretty sure there are better themes to use, if you insist on using WordPress. 3. The certificates look a bit cheap and dated, as does the logo. All it takes is a good designer and nicer card stock. I believe these things would make a great experience even better.

Excellent speakers and engaging topics. My table experience was good but the table leaders were not at all of the sessions and that was disappointing. Beautiful facility, delicious food, excellent service and starting sessions on time was greatly appreciated. The time before the session, by the color flags could only be heard if you were close to the stage so I missed everything said there, I hope it wasn't important. Two people at the website booth were not able to answer my questions so having people more knowledgeable about the website development would be more helpful. All in all, so well done. Kudos to the hundreds behind-the-scenes people

The table leaders should have given your table a heads up when they would be away. Table leaders are in mentorship and when they were away they were at special teaching sessions just for them while you were in the main sessions.
