Great Merchandise & Exceptional Customer Service
I had the most gracious and pleasant experience with Ms. Allison, customer service representative. Ms. Allison made my online shopping experience an awesome purchase and stress free return process. The merchandise was exactly as described. Unfortunately, due to my very narrow feet, I had to return a pair of shows. The shipping was quick and the return process was great! I highly recommend John Julia merchandise and highly praise Ms. Allison for her exceptional customer service. As well as, her thoughtfulness and kindness. Please acknowledge Ms. Allison for outstanding customer service. Thank you Allison!
