Unfortunately, I never received my parcel. Customer service was not helpful. They did not even bother to investigate with The shipping company DHL. Now dealing with the Credit Card company to recover the money. It seems to be a scam, company is nlocated in Italy, not in the USA. I never signed for my Parcel (required a signature), parcel supposedly dropped off at the building entrance (complex of of more than 90 apartments) I did not find a thing when I checked there.

You also confirmed that the building in the photo is indeed your residence. Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders that have been delivered to the correct address. We understand that the parcel may have been stolen after delivery, and we sympathize with your situation.
