From the very start of my search for travel insurance I was impressed by John Hancock's prompt replies to my questions, both online and by telephone On the basis of Squaremouth's 4.36 rating and reading reviews and comparing benefits and costs, I finally felt that John Hancock would be my best choice. During my trip and once back I was also gratified to be able to easily communicate by email with Seven Corners, Inc which manages the claims department, and was rewarded with pertinent responses.
