Very happy with Joey meds. They were helpful and everything went smooth. I have had a good experience so far and will order again when it's time.

I started with Joey Meds in November 2025. Initially the customer service was ok and then it actually got bad. Hard to reach anyone, no tracking sent, first order was not sent to the correct address. Second order was hard to get responses. I had an issue with the second orde, I did not receive my full 12 weeks I had ordered. I contacted Joey Meds about this and I have had the best customer service! I have received messages throughout the process to correct this order and everything has been taken care of in a very timely manner. I will continue to order my Tirzepatide from Joey Meds with their continued top notch customer service. Pricing is also great. Highly recommend. Would be 5 stars if the start of my experience would have been better.

I am happy for the opportunity to receive affordable GLP-1 medication. I have lost 42 lbs. since November. I wish I had more access to medical staff. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

ive been ok with Joeymed but now so many other companies have lower prices & no price hike with higher dosages

I was on the maximum dose of Semaglutide so when I switched to trizepitide I had to start at the base dose. I had to start at the base dose when I switched. I’m now on the third level and starting to see the difference. i hope to go up to the highest dose on my next order. Joey Med has been excellent to work with. The costs are clear. Being able to use affirm to pay has made my journey possible. I have had no side effects whatsoever.
