Update: After my review, Amer from Joey Med decided to call me back & demand that I remove my honest review even though on our previous call he had dismissed my concerns. I declined, then I was offered $100 back if I removed it, I declined because I want buyers to be aware, besides I spent way more. Then I was offered a 4 week batch of supposedly the correct dosage of "tirzepatide." He basically admitted that the previous batch was too low of a dosage & that he will be sending it from a different pharmacy. I accepted & said I will update my review if this batch is legit. Well, it was shipped to me the next day, but from the time he issued the new tracking info he began texting, calling, & emailing that I remove my reviews. Even after I said that I would update it after the 4 week trial. He didn't care whether or not the customer is satisfied with the quality of his products. I'm also receiving disputes on this review. I feel like I'm being pressured into removing my honest experience. Don't buy! They're selling placebo medicine. I purchased the 12 week tirzepatide for $500. I didn't lose a pound. I reached out to them midway through to inform them of this. I was instructed to increase to 60units, Yet I lost nothing. When I informed them, they only suggested i purchase more! The owner is rude, dismissive & hardly spoke english. Im sure reviews were fabricated. Very disappointed

This is the worst company I have ever gone through. I had to keep calling them to get my order. And then they finally called me back. And then once I got my order, I didn't even get the full order. And then it was hot, it wasn't even packaged properly. Do not go through this company. They are terrible. Every time I call no one answers the phone, they will eventually respond. I want my money back. I don't trust that the product I received is good.

Wrong order was received.I wish I have zero star to apply. I chose tirzepatide treatment which I was qualified for after health assessments. Then I was asked to make the payment. After the payment, I was able to continue and complete the order. First, I thought I was getting plain tirzepatide (not mixed) but surprisingly I found out that I must choose from B6 and B12 before continuing to the next page. I chose B12 because I don't like B6, but I received my medication tirzepatide plus B6 instead of B12. Nicely, I contacted Joey about the issue trying to find a solution. Below is their response: "We would like to inform you that our pharmacy no longer compounds tirzepatide with B12. This decision was made following reports indicating potential impurities when B12 is combined with tirzepatide. Out of an abundance of caution and in alignment with FDA guidance, we have discontinued offering this formulation to ensure patient safety. At this time, the service has been fulfilled in accordance with applicable regulations. Please note that our pharmacy does not accept returns, and therefore refunds cannot be issued. The services were delivered in accordance with the provider's medical judgment and applicable standards of care." I'm very disappointed and upset and will bring this far as I could.

This was the second time I went with Joey Med, the first time it was for a 3-month starter dose with Tirzepatide. By the last month, the vials weren't doing anything and the BUD had passed. I reached out about purchasing a second two month dose to continue my progress. They sent me a warm single vial. All medical literature, from the manufacturer and FDS confirms that there is a 28-day window once the medication is punctured and reaches room temperature. Instead of sending a second vial to fulfull my order, they just refunded my month. Now it will take weeks to find another provider. They did not provide the solution I needed or fulfill the medical request.

From the start I didn’t get enough syringes. I had to buy more. I contacted and that was a waste of time. Several times I asked questions and received no reply or had to wait 3-4 days. Not to mention the fact that I lost 0 pounds. Has zero side effects. I think you gave me garbage.

Communication was good at first them went down hill after that. It was taking forever for the Dr to approve my second round of meds and I messaged quite a few times asking what the Dr said because I only lost 4 lbs in 4 months. I've been on tirzepatide before and did very well with a different company. I don't know if it's the pharmacy they are using or what!! DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Customer service was non existent. No answers to any questions in chats or emails. App was useless.

I would not recommend this company. It's very misleading. They tell you the pricing is for any dosage just to wheel you in. You pay upfront. Never speak to an actual physician regarding dosage. They automatically approve a starter dosage even if you have already been on a higher dosage. I was promised a higher dosage and never received. I've spoke to multiple customer service reps who made promises that were never fulfilled. I was told that a manager would contact me and I would receive a tracking number for the correct dosage. However, none of this happened. Now they're ignoring me. I have text message and all to prove of how horrific this experience has been. To had insult to injury, instead of hearing back from a manager, I received another message promising any dosage for the same price if I made another purchase. After I made a complaint I received a message saying I’ve been approved for meds and asked when I wanted to start. I replied and reiterated all of the chaos I’ve dealt with over the past 3 or more weeks. Now they’re responding as if the problem was with return confusion when in reality that was not the issue at hand, I can go on with the numerous misinformation from them but I not going to do so because they’ll only turn the tables around and refuse to take accountability.
