Never purchase from this company. The clothes are cheap and overpriced and they make it extremely hard to return the clothing.

Horrible customer service—flagged order for fraud without notifying me and refused a shipping refund I had a terrible experience with Joe's USA. I placed an order and paid extra for expedited shipping. On my end, the order showed as confirmed. On the day it was supposed to be delivered (the 25th), nothing arrived. I reached out through several different channels to see what happened.The next day, customer service finally responded to tell me my order had been flagged for fraud on their end. They never reached out to notify me when it happened, leaving me completely in the dark while holding my money.To make matters worse, the representative was very rude and flatly refused to refund the expedited shipping fee that I paid for nothing. They released the order and promised a delivery date of the 31st, but it didn't even arrive until the 1st.Incredibly poor customer service and a complete lack of communication. I will never order from them again and definitely do not recommend.

This company is a selective scammer. I had a few successful orders before my first experience where they had stolen the money for my order. They told me that it was lost in the mail and I last over $600 that I had to dispute with my credit card company. I urge you to find another option. There are so many great ones out there. SCAM. service representative Donna is a liar and a thief.

Placed an order and had product at my door within 5 days. Shipping was fast and I tracked with SHOP app. I would Absolutley order from again. Both Sanmar and SSActiveware were out of stock. Joe's happen to have stock, online at least, and I placed order. They actually did have the stock in house and I was happy with service.

Purchased 4 Dri Equip pullovers. Excellent quality, quick shipment, and great value. Highly recommend Joe's and this product.

I bought 4 T-shirts size XL, which is my usual size. Turned out they were not true to size so I got their O.K. to return them for an exact exchange in 2X. I paid the return postage, and instead of the larger shirts I got a restocking charge and a credit for the balance. In short I spent a total of just over $24 with Joe's and ended up with nothing to show for it.
