Awful. Sent me the wrong hat, then sent me the wrong hat again. Shipments took 2-3 weeks. Their communication was slow. They never refunded me for not sending me what I actually ordered. Highly advise finding a different company.

Placed an order and tried to cancel within minutes with their CS team, was told it was already “in process”. So i let it flow through and returned upon receipt. Not only did i pay for return shipping, but also expected a restocking fee. Problem is I NEVER got a response to multiple emails (there is no phone # to call) on my return status. $60 purchase with no response, unacceptable

Just stay away, cheaters and very unprofessional people. Many problems with them, poor quality, shipping delay with no updates. I have to pay for return late delivered items, shame. So I paid 107 for my order and now cheapest shipping is 20 plus 25% restocking fee, so there is fu... no sense to return it. The most annoying is that order was almost week late and they don't have an ounce of honor—they won't own up to it and issue a full refund. SHAME!

I had never bought Joes shirts, so I wanted purple and ordered three. They are stiff and bulky and sizing is off, the shirts were big. I asked to return as I was unsatisfied and I was told I had to pay for return. I took them to the post and it would be $17.00 plus I would get a handling fee. I chose to keep and washed them after washing once they still had a chemical smell, so I washed them again. I dried them on low and they are still stiff and would be uncomfortable to wear.

WARNING! Do not buy from this company. I ordered hats from them and 25 days later they still have not been shipped. No reply from customer service, no refund, no excuses.

Horrible customer service—flagged order for fraud without notifying me and refused a shipping refund I had a terrible experience with Joe's USA. I placed an order and paid extra for expedited shipping. On my end, the order showed as confirmed. On the day it was supposed to be delivered (the 25th), nothing arrived. I reached out through several different channels to see what happened.The next day, customer service finally responded to tell me my order had been flagged for fraud on their end. They never reached out to notify me when it happened, leaving me completely in the dark while holding my money.To make matters worse, the representative was very rude and flatly refused to refund the expedited shipping fee that I paid for nothing. They released the order and promised a delivery date of the 31st, but it didn't even arrive until the 1st.Incredibly poor customer service and a complete lack of communication. I will never order from them again and definitely do not recommend.

This company is a selective scammer. I had a few successful orders before my first experience where they had stolen the money for my order. They told me that it was lost in the mail and I last over $600 that I had to dispute with my credit card company. I urge you to find another option. There are so many great ones out there. SCAM. service representative Donna is a liar and a thief.
