Joe really got down in showing us how to do our first deal from A to Z. I've been on many free challenges in the past, this was by far the most in-depth one as far as actionable content goes. The Sales Pitch was easy to say YES to and it was NOT done during the training, another new concept. No One likes getting pitched to for 5 days. Thanks for the great training Joe and look forward to working with you.

The program is not bad but read the fine print. You must send your 100 offers in the first 6 months or you do not get your $6000 back.

I have attended many seminars and paid for programs before - even paid a ridiculous amount - and this is by far the best. I ended up buying the paid progam and I am very excited to get started!

Like everyone else, I was skeptical. What am I going to learn? What is Joe trying to sell me? Is this legit? Is this a big scam to sell books? After the 5 Day Challenge I can tell you it is NOT. I learned a ton about how this works, WHY this works, and most importantly that I can DO THIS. Its basically a no risk, money back program if you follow the steps, complete the program, listen to Joe (and team) and do the work, They give you the tools and the confidence to get it done. Its up to you at that point. Joe has a proven formula and tells you all about it.

Stumbling upon this program on my FB feed. I stopped the scroll. I have been interested in Real Estate Investing for some time. His ad and pitch were on point. I listened and thought this may be worth taking a closer look. I joined the free 5 Day Challenge. The amount of information that was given was amazing! As well as having us implement each day with homework which made the difference for me. I was actually doing the thing. Doing it probably imperfectly. But doing it. You already start to build momentum. I was able to grasp the information much better with the implementation of the homework. Although I am typically tech challenged, the software was simpler to use than expected. Joe and Galvin are excellent teachers. Teaching us step by step. Going through their material very thoroughly. The program itself was amazing! Everything you need to begin and create a thriving Real Estate Investor business in Land. A business in a box as they say. However, what was exceptional was how simple and repeatable the system is. I loved the content Joe and Galvin and his team produced. Their business model is amazing. I was moved by their heart to serve others and how they want everyone to succeed. The price of their offer for the program is outstanding. From offering lots of free stuff, to many bonuses. As for the program itself they really over deliver. They give so many things in their program it blows my mind. I have been in so many other programs, but none that lets you take the entire course, (whether you do a deal or not) and refund all your money back. They really take away the fear and uncertainty and give you more peace of mind, so you can focus on becoming successful, and not the pressure of how are you going to make your ROI. The price of their program is also amazing! For what you get, it also over delivers. I was unable to purchase it this time around. As I am in another program. But I am planning on getting in as soon as my funds are available. I need this in my toolbox of skills and resources. Overall, It was great! I will definitely share this with my friends, family, and anyone else who is interested in Real Estate Investing in Flipping Dirt! Thank you Joe McCall, Gavin and the entire team. My experience...this was a very well-designed presentation and provided detailed guidance on starting a Land/Dirt Flipping business. Joe has everything you could want in a program: training, coaching, networks, support, AI, CRM assistance, software access, funding, and etc. The value of the system far exceeds the cost.

First off, I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Joe, Gavin & the entire team!! This Challenge was, by far, time & money well spent. The guys do an incredible job of packing in tons of information in a concise, simple way that's really easy to understand even if you have ZERO real estate experience, like me! They also do a tremendous job of coaching you up and instilling the needed confidence to help you understand and believe that you can do this. The minimal cost of this challenge vs. the amount of information makes it an absolute no-brainer decision... you owe it to yourself to at least look into it!!

The company does a good job of inspiring people to make offers and follow up. Great place for a beginner to start. Charging $5,000 to have ongoing access to any functional tools is an issue.
