The company does a good job of inspiring people to make offers and follow up. Great place for a beginner to start. Charging $5,000 to have ongoing access to any functional tools is an issue.

I recently completed the Flip Dirt Challenge
I recently completed the 5 Day Flip Dirt Challenge for the second time. I did it again to learn about AI in Flipping Dirt. I want to thank Joe and Gavin for all the new infromation and AI tools that they provided. It was hard to participate live as I work fulltime and long hours. I did manage to watch everything through the replays. I even sent out an offer!! Thank you again Joe for making AI simplify the dirt Flip process.
