Time spent with Joe and being mentored by Joe is time well spent! Joe is detailed-oriented, direct, thorough, honest and generous in his teaching and his heart. It's amazing how he gives you a foundational blueprint in free training and holds your hand and walks you through the process in his private community. His delivery of information is extremely clear, exciting and ingenious. You will find lightbulbs going off throughout his training sessions and you will find yourself connecting the dots that had been alluding you. In addition, Joe knows how to motivate you to take action, in spite of yourself! :-) You just can't lose working with him!

Joe gives incredible value with his program. A LOT of information for free, upfront, with both free and paid options for how to to deals. He's sincere, genuine, and honest. The information he gives away for free is enough to get you started, but his offer to be part of the community and guide you through step by step is amazing and worth every penny!

Just finished the 5 day Simple Land Profits Challenge with Joe McCall. In these 5 days he lays down a ton of information and practical insights into the land flipping business model. Over the shoulder screen views give you a first hand look at how to find the best markets, find sellers in that market and evaluate properties to make offers. In my experience, I did all of the homework to get the most out of the challenge. One of the challenges was to contact a realtor with a listing over 6 months old. Turns out the sellers were extremely motivated to sell (inheritance land and the two sisters can't get along...they don't want it anymore). The realtor has done nothing to promote the property other than putting it on the MLS. Listed for $60,000, I think I can sell it for $25,000 and I offered $8,000. I'll find out monday, but he thinks they will take the deal. Thanks Joe for a great experience!

He is extremely thorough, yet understandable for new people. It's a ton of the most useful information that I wish I knew many years ago. He's an excellent teacher and is willing to share real knowledge that will change your life trajectory for the better if you apply it.
