Joe is a true scholar when it comes to real estate. An excellent teacher who is willing to hold you by the hand to teach you very useful and actionable information. I highly recommend!

Joe provides step by step way to flipping land. As you complete the assignments from the challenge you see yourself making real progress towards accomplishing your goals. It was one of the best challenges we have attended. We look forward to getting some real results and sharing those results.

I am grateful to have joined the Flip Dirt Challenge from 9/15/25 to 9/19/25. I have many takeaways, to include the growth I’ve experienced from stepping out of my comfort zone. The homework assignments were necessary to reinforce the learning objectives taught by Joe and to see if I really understood the lessons post webinar. I appreciate being able to watch the re-plays, as I am slow to catch things the first time around, so thank you for that. I understand that the brunt of this business is making offers, follow-up, and taking massive, imperfect action. Now that I’ve got the basics down, know which markets to pursue and which to avoid, I will keep going and try to make a few land deals, finish the foreclosure of a parcel next month, so I can purchase the mentoring program. My goal is to keep the momentum going. My only con to this challenge is that I never really figured out what to do with the buyers I found on FreedomSoft, and I can't figure out how to find sellers, outside of using the help of realtors. Even within FreedomSoft, I was a little confused, but I’ll keep on it until I figure it out. I do appreciate the $1 trial to FreedomSoft. I really enjoy using the Zillow Land Analyzer Chome extension. It's brilliant! Thank you to Joe McCall and his team for this challenge!

Man.... I cannot say enough about this FREE challenge. You can know absolutely nothing about Land Flipping going into this challenge, and by the end of the week you will have a solid foundation to generate income in this business. (IF YOU TAKE ACTION). Joe takes you from start to finish laying out the framework, and explains in detail what it is you need to do to be successful. I've done quite a few challenges in my day, on all sorts of different MMO (making money online) businesses, and this is most definitely at the top of the list, if not the top, and its FREE! This day and age, there's so many "gurus" who have challenges, and mentorships, that can talk the talk, but have never walked the walk. Certainly NOT the case here... If you've ever been curious about land flipping, but don't know where to start, I highly recommend taking this challenge. You won't regret it.

Joe is an amazing at what he does and he explains everything from A to Z simple enough that a 3rd grader can understand it! Thank you for all your help and insight!

Invaluable. I have more confidence and excitement about this opportunity than I've had in a long time, and I'm so grateful for the extensive information that Joe gave us. Even more so, I am impressed with the integrity of Joe and his team. Highly recommend.

This guy here called JoeMcCall is awesome and very good at what he does. He is the energy we need to get to where we are going. He provided all the provisions that we need to succeed in the dirty flipping business, what else can we asked for but to get in? JoeMcCall, keep up the good work.
