Just completed Joe McCall’s 5-Day Dirt Flipping Challenge, not only did he share his knowledge and expertise with us but he also taught us how important the mental side of things are in this business, one of my favorite quotes he said was “stop worrying about steps 7 & 8, worry more about steps 1 & 2.” A lot of us are afraid of failure and we tend to over complicate things by over analyzing everything when in reality if we don’t take action, all those worries were for nothing, I rather worry about a problem when I’m face to face with it and that mentality will likely lead you to success, thank you so much Joe and his team for providing us this opportunity, I will 100% take action moving forward.

Joe (and Gavin!) explained everything very well, and over multiple days. I am excited about getting started in the community which he built. Excited about moving forward with results-oriented folks around me.

Paid for VIP in a challenge, didnt get access, tried to alert moderators multiple times, none were present, DM'd mods, still no reply, emailed support, told to login on and email link second last day of challenge, with a sad half baked reply after it ended. Overseas mod team, no mods active in the challenge or group, banned and blocked me for asking why I didnt have access and if I could get help. Suspect Joe McCall has no idea what his absentee filipino mod and support team is doing because hes not no where to be seen besides the pre recorded videos. Did not get a refund or proper support after several requests. Support team seems to fail to understand that the challenge was a time sensitive networking event, not to just an auto pay out for them. I suspect Joe has no idea whats happening on his own pages.

I think this challenge was amazing to be apart of becasue I finally understand what Joe and Gavin are talking about with the process. They were able to explain everything in very simple easy to understand language and provide action steps that I can take to practice and become better at doing land deals. Joe and Gavin share their experience of what they went through and how they got to where they are today so that is also inspiring to know I can do it too. Thank you Joe, Gavin, and the dirt flippers team!

I just finished the 5 day fb challenge and already feel like I am more prepared for action than the whole last year of circles I was going in from coaches of another program I had joined and spent A LOT of money on. I highly recommend looking no where else! Joe and Gavin make it easy, clear, and are not fake gurus. You can’t loose with them! If you don’t do a deal it’s simply not their fault. No one can help you if they can’t.

I thought the challenge was great because unlike some other coaching or challenges I've been a part of this has a step-by-step Playbook along with homework that helps you implement things that you learn each day. There's a lot of communication in the Facebook group and ways to network with others.
