I've gone on video record - and now Trust Pilot to say that as a 15 year real estate investor I am truly jealous (in a good way) of new investors who, by chance, find and implement Joe's programs as their first venture into real estate. He provides the fast track past the smoke & mirrors, and general fluff, of real estate education. You only need one evergreen strategy in real estate, Joe provides two. One I've done literally 100 times, the other "flipping dirt", is what I'm adding to my arsenal as my next real estate asset class/income stream. Joe's one of the good ones.

This Flip the Dirt challenge was invaluable. Joe and his team Gavin shared such a wealth of information I am beyond impressed and excited to start this journey!
