The 5-day challenge put on by Joe and Gavin was as thorough as they come. They cover from A to Z on how you can put in the work and find sellers, buyers, willing to help realtors, and money partners, all while making this experience easy and simple to understand. At the end of the Challenge, you will know if this endeavor is right for you. I highly recommend you attend this challenge if you have zero experience and are looking to start your Real Estate Investing. You couldn't be in better hands than Dirt Flippers with Joe and Gavin.

I'm so glad I joined this challenge. As many if you have, I have joined other "work from home" coaching programs before including a House Wholesale Program. Unfortunately I never felt fully equipped to do this on my own after the program. This 5 Day Challenge truly makes it easy to start with little steps every day to become confident in yourself to be actually being able to do this on your own. While I believe this challenge alone can get you started without the additional program purchase, I still decided to join the full Dirt Flippers Mentorship Program as I truly believe Joe's team and tools will get me off to the best start possible in this new adventure! Trust me - I'm very skeptical when it comes to programs like this after my past experiences but this one is the real deal!

I really didn't know what to expect when I signed up for Joe McCall's 5 day Dirt Flippers Challenge but I went in with an open mind and a willingness to learn something new. I was NOT disappointed! Joe and his team shared so much great information and technology that opened my eyes to things that will help me achieve my goals 😀! Thank you Joe, Gavin and the rest of your team. If you are looking for a life changing experience this is the challenge for you. It's only 5 days but they pack huge bags of information into those 5 days. Oh and Joe loves to give things away, like this challenge, that is free. If you get a chance you should get in one before he stops doing them. Thanks again, Joe McCall Delesia S Ervin Arizona

There was a lot of repetition, but the information was insightful. I appreciate that it was made to help beginners get started on their real estate education. Other programs felt like they were starting on step 7, where this one helps to walk you through step 1. I needed that! Joe is friendly and willing to give of his time, even to beginners like me!

Joe's 5 Day Dirt Flip Challenge was outstanding! Joe is such a detailed teacher and makes the process of flipping dirt easy to understand and implement even for people like myself who have zero real estate experience. I highly recommended this Challenge!

Working with Joe and Gavin and Norman and the whole team has made all the difference for me. Without them I would not have been able to do this. I’m in the apprentice program, so having the deal review calls every day is huge because when you’re new, you just don’t know what you don’t know. He helps you to take a massive imperfect action and then I would entrust in Joe’s expertise on what to do next. This dramatically reduces the overwhelm and gets you into action. I was in analysis paralysis for years before Joe. Thank you, Joe for everything that you do and all your help. I like all the content and training that Joe puts out, he is honest and tells the truth and doesn’t hold back any information like some others do. I also would have to say when someone is doing something good helping a lot of people, the haters always show up, that’s a good sign, that means you're doing something right and making an impact in people's lives. If there are any negative reviews, just know it’s the haters. I see this everywhere. So just be encouraged Joe, you’re doing something right!

I felt my time was well spent. Joe provided a ton of information, and he answered many of the questions I had coming into the challenge. The daily exercises were perfectly designed for activating what we had just discussed.

Just finished the 5-Day Challenge. Loved that I learned actionable information and we took actions each day to practice IRL what we learned. The VIP sessions were so helpful to speak directly with Joe and Gavin and to hear other people's questions live.
