I skeptically sign up for the Flip Dirt Challenge thinking that it would be another over-hyped, over-priced waste of time. Boy, was I wrong. This is an intense, well-structured educational program that takes you through every step of making money buying and selling land. The best part is, you don’t have to spend a dime unless you want to. Thanks Joe and Gavin for a life-changing educational experience.

The 5-day Flip Dirt Challenge was like a crash course. Short daily sessions but jam packed with so much information. As a real estate investor that has flipped houses, this course opened up a whole new world of flipping for me. Joe & Gavin taught me things I never would have known or figured out on my own, even as a house flipper. That is why I purchased the Dirt Flippers Mentorship Program which is an awesome value. They know exactly what they are doing and I am confident that, very soon, I will too. I am so excited to start working with Joe, Gavin and the Flip Dirt team. Just GO FOR IT!

My experience with Dirt Flippers was great! We had a Facebook group that was encouraged to interact. The training was free or very inexpensive for VIP viewing of extra Q&A sessions. The offer for mentorship was honestly too good to be true. If you can come up with the money and do the work, you get your money back. It really made me more comfortable going to work with them that they back up their claims. Very impressive program.

This was the Best Real Estate Seminar/Training I've ever done!!! And way cheaper...Worth every Dollar I spent! Joe & Gavin are very knowledgeable & great @ answering everyone's questions. And short sessions over 5 Days is way better than 1 or 2 Long Days! Long Days would have been too Overwhelming! Being able to see Replays is VERY HELPFUL!!!

This free 5-Day DIrt FLippers program is loaded with actionable information - very impressive ! I joined the $49 VIP group for added daily Sessions with Q&A with Gavin Timms which was super hands on and worth ever Penny. If this interests you just go for it - by the end of the 5 days you’ll know if it’s for you - Andy

Good week, a lot of information some is duplicated toward the end with breakouts and VIP calls and challenge calls its a lot. Hard for anyone to even attempt to make them all. Videos are good but the links are not available once it rolls into video mode.

Great 5 Day challenge with Joe and Gavin. Very detailed and informative. Provides a lot of knowledge that someone can run with on their own. Makes learning fun.

WORK with THESE GUYS!!!!! FABULOUS EDUCATION, MARKETING TOOLS, ETC, ETC, ETC!!!!!
