I ordered some courses from Joel Grimes web site. I had ordered prior to today and all of the info went to my email on the computer. This came to the email that I ordered it from off of my cell phone. I asked if the courses could be moved or linked? They had it fixed by the end of day. Very responsive. Thanks

I really appreciated Joel's Ebook on Choosing The Right Lens for Portraits. I was delighted to read his Lens choices and to see that his choices all feature in my Portrait Tool Kit. I also learnt how each Lens functions within a giving context and how to master the composition using all of my Lens for flattering and magical Portraits. This Ebook is really excellent with fantastic examples and images. I came away learning that my best images can be created with what I already own. This is very exciting.

I purchased the MY LIBRARY Masterclass & Collections maybe around 3 years ago; maybe 4 years. Until now, I never had the time to dive into the information packed course. In essence, I could not find the download link to access the various lessons. I was like oh no, I spent hard earned money by making sacrificing to make that purchase. Long story short, earlier on this Dec. 4, 2025 day, I reached out to the Joel Grimes organization by email and explained my dilemma. In around 3 hours, a staff member contacted me via email and gave me step by step instructions to retrieve the entire course that I paid for at least 3 years; maybe 4. I am delighted. That is called "excellent customer service" and CONCERN for their clients. They could have said, your loss. But their integrity and high standards did not allow that. TO SAY THE LEAST, I TRUST THEM AND THEY HAVE EARNED MU UPMOST RESPECT AS A CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER HESITATE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE JOE GRIMES ORGANIZATION AGAIN.

Joel Grimes’ courses are next-level! He’s an awesome teacher and packs so much value into every lesson—I’ve learned a ton. And honestly, his customer service is just as amazing as he is: super helpful, friendly, and always on point. Can’t recommend him enough!
