I ordered one of the Joel Grimes' online classes, which he was selling at a reduced price if you entered a discount code at checkout. I failed to enter the discount code and realized too late I was charged the full amount. I emailed customer support and was immediately given a credit for the difference -- no questions asked. It's nice to do business with someone who has this excellent level of customer service.

Joelgrimes is a great photographer an instructor too.I buy him some good bundles wich help me to perfect my photography. as far as I'm concerned, I'd like him to do more training courses on film photography because I'd be interested in buying some from him.
