I ordered 2 Robi40V 6ah batteries for my electric mower for a total of $138.16. They sent me a pair of Ray-Ban knockoffs which I kept with all the packaging because I didn't I didn't order them nor did I realize they were from them,I just knew they were not mine . The package said they were from ZHANGJUN (who actually trades on Amazon ?) as I had called them to see how I got this item I didn't order! joegai has emailed me back and forth and they say they are going to correct this mistake ? BUT all I want is my money back and a free return shipping label to get rid of these knock off Ray-Bans. When I go to the website now, all it shows is a VW Bug and when I try to use their search engine my zip code pops up. I REGRET PLACING AN ORDER WITH THEM AND HAVE FILED A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM OR BUYER BEWARE!

I just found out today that I’m another one that got scammed by this company or people what ever they are but after 3 months that I did my order I finally received a confirmation that my package was received and that it was on my mailbox I was like WTH it can’t be possible since I order a BOSSIN GAMERS CHAIR how is it possible to fit in my mail so I’m here at my mailbox and open it and saw a small package and it was some cheap ass rayban sunglasses 😡 I want my money back ($80) or my item that I payed for! 😠

They are stealing money, big time. I placed an order back in October 25, 2020 and as of today January 5, 2021 I have not received anything, but senseless emails repeating the same response. That "to be patient and my order should be here within 15-20 days" They are a scam, please do not order from them. Their website claims they are in California but their emails are coming from China. This is a garbage company and should be shut down....they deserve a -10 rate.

They took my money and did not mail anything. Please do not buy from this company.

If I could rate them less than 1 star I would. I placed an order back in October and I still as of today December 30, 2020 have not received anything but useless emails repeating the same response. That " to be patient and my order should be here within 15-20 days" The are a scam and I would tell everyone never to order from them. Their website claims they are in California but am thw emails are coming from China. This is a garbage company and should be shut down

These people are running a scam. They offer below-market prices for goods online (I ordered a DeWalt screwdriver) then they send you something cheap and useless (some fake RayBans in my case, other people report receiving cheap face masks), then they offer you a full refund if you return the wrong goods but they insist you pay return shipping, or a 60% refund if you are prepared to keep whatever junk they sent you. Don't do business with these people. They are not genuine, even to the extent that they make up fake Western names for their support people (e.g Rosemarie M. Wilson).

Took 43 days for the wrong item to arrive. DON'T BUY!!!

Pretty much the same as everyone else. I bought a remote control electric car for my niece. Normally I stay away from buying anything online not a well known commodity but I had good luck about 6 months ago with a remote control robot. Anyway I was provided a tracking number, followed that tracking number that took about 20-30 days and what I received were disposable masks. I emailed them and they emailed back saying that they accidently sent out the wrong product and if I want them to ship it out again. I emailed them back and told them they ruined my niece Christmas and yes I paid for it and I want them to send it out. When I hit send I received an undeliverable. Wish I would have found this site a a month and a half ago.
