This place is a total crap Bought two gaming chairs. Sent me a tracking number which I followed for over a month. What came instead were disposable masks with the chairs tracking number.i was trying to get my money back from this company i went online and I was able to communicate with joegai.com they help me alot DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS... Unbelievable scam artists! Same exact pattern as everyone else; I saw a terrific price on a Dremel Rotary Tool Set. I ordered it, never received any kind of confirmation for the sale, and went back and forth with "Rosemary Wilson" of Joegai for 3 1/2 months as "she" assured me it was coming. What eventually came was a $3.00 pair of counterfeit 1950's style "Ray Ban" sunglasses--with their suggestion that I keep them--and, oh yeah, in exchange, they'll return 60% of my purchase price for the Dremel. Thank goodness for PayPal!!

Same as everyone else they ripped me off. I ordered gaming chair and never received it. It's a fake company. Given a fake tracking number. Never order from them. If I could give a negative star.

Ordered a pair of Beats headphones they made it look so real I couldn’t resist! Purchased the item way before Christmas for my daughter, guess what! I got masks instead just like the review before me. It is now more then 2 months after the purchase and I don’t have the item nor a refund. The item was listed here in America instead I received tracking # from China, worse yet, after 45 days waiting for it the item went MISSING the carrier “EMS” LOST the item, can you believe that... BS!!! Anyways STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! BURN IN HELL WORTHLESS PIECE OF $&)@(!!!!!!!

My wife ordered a Dremel tool set for Christmas for me on Dec. 9 from Szirap. We just received the package today, Jan. 14, 2021! They shipped us a 1/2 dozen dust masks! We've disputed this with our credit card company weeks ago as my husband was suspicious that a Dremel was shipping from China. They will not be paid. BEWARE, this is a SCAM company. Rot in hell Szirap!

This company is a fraudulent scam. Ordered a toaster oven on Nov 30th and finally received notice that the the package was out for delivery Jan 11. Picked up the package at my local post office and it was a cheap, fake pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses, WTH? Have reported this fraudulent company to my bank and hope to have credit card charges reversed. Don't ever order from these crooks!
