Enjoyed the session greatly. Jody was passionate and that certainly showed through in the delivery and the material. Not looking forward to any “triggers” BUT I am excited to get started and be accountable and continue to improve. Thank you.

This session is very eye opening and provides great structure for self improvement and mind changes. The app will be my new tool for me to gage how I am doing and where tweaks are necessary for self improvement. Very powerful!

Jody Micheal Associates is the gift that keeps giving long after training sessions are over! To have mind mastery over your mind, is a powerful and peaceful gift. I loved this workshop. It was a fabulous way to spend a Saturday, almost as though it was an extended brunch and conversation with a long-time friend, even though I rarely opened my mouth. There are times when one needs to just listen and be reflexive. Jody's style is super down-to-earth authentic while also obviously being backed up by a deep understanding of both the management and "shrink" knowledge/experience domains. The two biggest take-away areas for me were Formula for Getting Results and Conversations for Accountability. At this juncture in my life I find myself in a position where these kinds of tools are going to be able to help me tackle a personal problem that has cropped up, not a professional one (though the issue could impact my professional reputation). Next stops: (1) talking with an individual I used to work with as a mediator for some additional advice, followed by (2) finding an attorney willing and able to write up a cease and desist letter. The Accountability Mirror, and Jody's authenticity, gave me the courage I need.
