It may be expensive but its well worth it.
It may be expensive but its well worth the cost because of the insight you get from just one session. I may change the review depending on if I get this position I've been wanting. The tips the coach gave me really helped me understand what I was doing wrong and getting the recording of the session helped me even more by reinforcing what I had learned in the 45 minute session. Seeing and hearing what I was doing wrong and how I was just rambling on and on about who know what after a while. It helped me to see what the interviewer see's and why I wasn't getting the offers for the jobs I was clearly qualified for. The other side couldn't see it because of the way I was presenting the data.

A well organized and thoughtful approach
Jody Michael Associates has a great process. It was a pleasure working with Amber. The initial conversation included some great questions, moving into a very clear questionnaire, digging further into my goals. In addition to getting what they needed, it helped me think more clearly about what I wanted. The reviews were easy and everything was quickly updated based on my feedback. The only downside is it's a Word document, so I'll have to spend time fixing the formatting in Google Docs. Everything else was great!

Unfortunately, any word document is going to have some formatting differences in Google Docs, unless it was formatted with fairly significant limitations. As stated in our upfront agreement, please note we follow industry-wide best practices to deliver resumes as Word DocX and PDF Files, with the PDF being the insurance against formatting issues.
