Jody's workshop is world class. It is a great way to focus on yourself personally and how your reactions and moods affect those around you. I highly recommend Jody and her team and would encourage all leaders to lean in to her guidance if given the opportunity.

Honestly, came into this session a bit pessimistic and not in the right frame of mind, having just come out of 2 other "leadership/enablement" sessions in the last few months. I came away invigorated and excited to apply to my life. I was surprised by my results/scores and reflective on how to move the needle to my zen state of 4. WIP for sure!

I took the Accountability Mirror workshop last week with Jody and just wanted to pass on my thanks for a really well-thought-out workshop. I am a young leader in the workforce, and I truly feel like I took so much away from today's session that I will be able to apply to my job and career moving forward.
