Great workshop. I especially loved the information about effective requests and mental fitness.

This workshop helped me understand more about my moods and how they affect my productivity and leadership. I realize I have to be better at acknowledging I do have power over how I feel about things and reframing my point of view in order to be a more positive person. I also took away helpful reminders that how things are communicated are crucial to successful relationships in all aspects of life.

I enjoyed Jody’s workshop and am excited to implement these tools professionally and personally. I felt like her work is very important in corporate leadership and am excited to see changes at Engrain as a result of this workshop. This was an amazing workshop and I feel enlightened learning about what we discussed. I already feel more capable to handle any challenges and embrace whatever benefits that life throws my way. Learning about these skills and the different lenses that we see/experience the world from is so important. I have had some instant results/stress relief after working with my coach and I look forward to continuing the work. Thank you for putting so much work into your program. It was worth the money for me.

I like the material that was taught. There is a plethora of practical applications for the subject matter. I wish the workshop, especially day one, was more interactive. At times it felt like we were being talked at and not actively involved in the learning experience. I wonder if this workshop could be extended outside of the realm of firm leadership and taught to individual contributors as well.

Outstanding session; Jody integrated instructional information, stories, and data that made the content relatable and easy to absorb, and also encouraged self-reflection on how to react/internalize from a place personal accountability, control, and intentionality. The instruction and tools are excellent resources to strengthen my mental fitness.

The courses were very informative, and I got a lot out of them.
