I had ordered the premium package resume service, and I was amazed at how fast Ashley (Lead Resume Specialist) got back to me regarding the service. Ashley was thorough with asking me questions, which really brought my resume to life, highlighting my skills for my interested field. This was important to me because I did not want a generic, lifeless, cold resume. My resume has never looked better, but more importantly, because of my experience in customer service, it was extremely pleasant knowing my resume was in the hands of someone who cared and took pride in their work.

Ashley provided me with an amazing cover letter and resume. RESULTS: I was able to get into 4-5 concurrent interview pipelines using her cover letter and resume, ultimately increasing my value to each company. Usually I get interviews from two companies, max.
