I signed up for the genius career services for a cover letter and resume. I am very particular and had a lot of notes for revisions all of which were fixed at no additional cost. At one point in the process I asked to speak to a representative and was called back on the same day. Overall, I am happy with my resume and cover letter and feel more confident applying for the types of positions I'm working for. I would definitely refer friends to this service if it had the option to get the resume formatted in .doc so I could edit it in the future. ****REVISED**** Jobzmall got back to me and offered me a template where I could edit my resume. I know will definitely recommend. Overall I'm satisfied with the results and would consider using it again if the need arises.
