I was initially confused because I thought the smart ai job board was the price of the jobsolv signature, but it’s two different things. I haven’t tried their smart ai job board yet. I feel more comfortable having a human managing my job search. I did a lot of research online to see who was the best, and no one else guaranteed interviews, much less than in 30 days. The job market is rough right now, and I am struggling to land any type of interview. For me, I don’t care about how well you write my resume. I just want interviews and jobsolv delivers that.

No other career services can guarantee interviews, and they stay true to their words. I didn’t land any interview and it was last week before my service ended, and I was worried. I kept asking if they would honor their guarantee, and my career manager was just the best. She reassured me over and over again, and I did land 1 by the end of week 4, but they worked for free for one more week, and I guess it takes some time for the companies to go through all the resumes. In week 5, I got 2 more interviews, and I am on week 6 and have another one. I think that it will take a while for the companies to go through all the resumes that were applied for me, and more interviews will come my way. Take it from me, if you are stressed, don’t. It takes time for companies to go through the applications, just be patient. I was losing sleep thinking I was going to get no help when my service ends and get no interviews, and now I have 4 interviews total, 2 are next week, 1 of them in round 1, and the other in round 2 with their hiring manager. It would have taken me 5x the time to do what they do, and I would have to give up my weekends and weeknights, staying up all night applying to jobs.

They should raise their price for the quality of service that they provide. I have worked with many other services resume writing and interviewing coaching. But none of them could guarantee interviews, and they charge the same or more than jobsolv.
