AI needs a bit more work as it tends to give the same responses over and over even when you make the suggested changed and upload the resume again. Wish it can change the revised suggestion to add in keywords. I do like that it can make some good suggestions for bullet points.

It does not properly read the resume. Key sentences and words are not decoded and therefore the areas of improvements are not very helpful.

I am truly sorry for the outage that affected some of our Free Tier users for several hours yesterday. The reason was that our servers experienced an unprecedented spike in usage. Everything is working well again, and we have improved our automated scaling, so this situation should not repeat itself. We look forward to providing you with a more positive experience moving forward.

Amazing service. It helps you understand how your CV matches the job description and helps you improve what is missing or what you should take away because it is not meaningful for that job description. It helped me tailor my CV for several applications, and I landed several interviews with the CVs that JObSearch helped me improve. The cover letter service is also helpful, but I recommend using it as a draft version and rewrite it in your own words, using the direction given.
