Terrible! They make you fill out this application form and ask for your cv and then they will write whatever they want in your cover letter. . The information in my cover letter was inaccurate. They don’t let you review the cover letter before they complete the order and send it with your cv. I’m even more stressed out now than before because this has just impacted my chances of getting a job. There is no number where you can complain, you have to wait for them to get back to you via email, which also takes forever.

Jobnexus have done nothing but forwarding my cv to a lot of irrelevant companies in South Africa. They even write the emails, pretending to be me, in a very unprofessional matter. They could not even get my personal info and education levels right in the email they forwarded. SCAM!

They have written a cover letter without having it checked by me. It was sent out to lots of agencies but only 1 came back to me with a confirmation e-mail of receiving the e-mail. Total waste of money.

They prepared an awfully written cover letter, which they failed to review with me and then sent out in my name to various recruitment agencies. I asked for a re-written version, this came back and was equally bad. A complete waste of $60 or $70...would never use them again.

I making a follow-up review. Nexus is denying my claim that after 3 months of my CV submission, I am still not getting any interviews nor responses from the prospective employers. I have remitted the registration fees but I'm not getting the results that Nexus has promised.

After reading a few bad reviews on this site, I still felt optimistic about the service. Oh how I wish I did not use them! This is exactly what they do: Upon signing up with jobnexus they ask you to write a brief paragraph about what you are looking for in a job/career. They then send an email to 20-30 generic recruiter emails which you can find on websites - this email is sent WITHOUT you checking the content first. The email consists of 1) a general introduction that they copy and paste with all candidates 2) they copy and paste the brief paragraph you give them upon signing up - even all the parts that are not relevant to the role, grammatical errors - everything is just copy and pasted with no revision from their team. 3) a general closing paragraph. Now I need to contact every single recruitment agency in the country I chose to explain why it's such a horrible cover letter. Surely their "management" will leave a generic message below. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED

Avoid at all costs! I have just received the most disgusting cover letter introduction I have ever seen after 5 days of supposed work, it was embarrassing!!!! It had spelling errors, senseless word flow, whoever wrote this cover letter, is in desperate need of English lessons. They promised an expertly written cover letter which would be distributed to recruiters, I feel humiliated that this cover letter as gone to almost 60 recruiters. I now have to contact all these recruiters to apologise & resend a new cover letter.
