Very disappointing experience so far. I'm not sure what I've paid for.

I took the subscription for Singapore jobs and paid the whole amount at one go. But I am getting jobs notifications for India location. I have emailed too but no budy is reverting. I really donot know whom to contact and where to go. Can anyone help?

Worst service ever, despite all the bad reviews etc, I decided I’ll give them a shot based on some of what people said. Firstly, it will take more than 5 days after you placed an order for them to get back to you, I had to email a few times, and was dealing with two guys who clearly didn’t communicate with each other. My biggest concern was what people said about not giving any attention to the cover letter, and all spelling and grammatical errors. So I decided to get ahead of it and request to be sent the draft cover letter, when I received it, It became clear that, these were not native English speakers nor recruitment experts, copy paste of your CV and what you wrote on the order form. They did not add any value to it. Who is going to consider recruiting someone who can’t even pay attention to ensure a 1 page cover letter is free of spelling and grammatical errors? I sent them my amendments, it would take 3 days for them to react, and send out my CV with their own version of the cover letter. I was furious, and emailed back and forth with both version of the cover letters, and they still insisted they did what I asked. I requested my money back, which they wouldn’t give. There seem to be two guys running this show, and don’t even communicate with each other. Then it turns out they randomly sent my CV’s to agencies I have already registered with online, so all I received were links to register online and check for any relevant jobs. And on top of that, despite me having over 15yrs management consultancy experience, my cv was sent to recruiters in the cleaning and housekeeping sector, and another was recruiting retail stuff such as cashiers, etc. When I brought it to their attention that, the 5 recruiters who responded to me asking me to register, I’d already registered with and I was on their database, I was told I should have given them a list of the recruiters that I’m already signed up with so they can avoid them. What the heck? What the point of me paying them to then do all that work. They refused to refund me my money, as I got nothing from this. So save yourself time and money, register online with all these recruitment agencies, do the work of searching on google, because if you engage these armatures, you will waste even more time trying to fix their mess, and mess up your first impression with recruiters. And each time you communicate with them, they are defensive and will waste your time repeating the same thing...and you will just get more frustrated and get no where. Do not engage them, I was one of those who read all the reviews and thought if some people are luck, why can’t that be me? Especially if you are in SA, you stand a better chance registering with PNet, Careers24, CareerJunction, etc...

Horrible Experience, Just wasted my money on this . They just forward the cv's to irrelevant consultanies , no matter if a person looking for job in uae they do post in us and uk based firms. Its been more than a week or more i dint receive a single call from any consultancies or recruiters. And moreever they dont reply back to the emails on queries.

They said they gave my CV to 73 recruiting firms. When I went to the websites of recruiting firms they hardly had like 10 vacancies and none in my industry. Most of the websites didn't even open. Just waste of money. Please keep clear of these kinds of fraudsters

Worst service ever, they claim to share your CV with recruiting companies without any follow up. Total waste of money

The worst ever I paid them around 50$ in april/ 2019 and no ones popped up. Don't trust them they just send general lists and email Templates moreover they don't pay attention to complaints.

Absolutely pointless exercise - who ever dealt with my CV clearly didn't read it and just sent it randomly to the first 32 totally irrelevant agencies on their list (eg I am a professional manager with 35 years experience and some of the agencies were for office temps) - result not a single flicker of interest - complete waste of time and money - by the way you never followed up on your promise below which confirms my view
