Update: @Ziyad - You appear to have placed your order and contacted us with two different email addresses which may have caused confusion. We have sent you an email in the past few minutes (to all the email addresses) with the message chain from October. Please reply in that email chain and we can assist you with rewriting and redistribution of your order at no additional cost. If you do not see our email please email us at [email protected] so we can help. ----- Ziyad, Our cover letters are written by our writing staff of five professionals. They are written only after reviewing your job goals and CV/resume. We see that you contacted our support on October 3rd and received a prompt response which we've included for your convenience following this message. No reply was received from you regarding which part of the cover letter you disliked. Please let us know which aspects of the cover letter were unsatisfactory at [email protected] and we can address them at no additional cost. Sincerely, Job Nexus Support Original Response to your inquiry on October 6, 2019: "Hi Ziyad, Thank you for your mail. I see that your order was completed on Sept 29, 2019.
