I do not find the service value for money
They don't send to as many companies as they promise. They say they write a cover letter but you don't even see it. They don't get any confirmation from you and even after they send it, you never see it. And no recruitment company returns. It is money wasted. Note: the company replied to me below, but they didn't even check their inbox, because I had already sent a request to their provided email address before I wrote here. They just didn't bother to answer. Note2 (Aug 5, 2019): After some correspondence with the company, they returned my money back. Thanks for that, at least they are trustable. I quote from the same correspondence: "We are mainly a CV distribution service". I don't find spending $50-$60 USD on distribution a fair value, so I would not use their service if I had that info beforehand. When you pay such amount, you expect personalized service and they do not provide that. If you just know that beforehand and decide to use the service anyway, then I would say that they are trustable.
