Hey Kenneth, Thanks for the transparent feedback. We're sorry about the slow followup recently. We're aware of it and have recently expanded our team so we can be more prompt with followups. It is not acceptable that an old version was submitted if a newer version was created. We are investigating how that happened. Regarding followup from recruiters, your recruiter outreach report (which you can see in your account in our website) is live updated. So if another recruiter absorbs your information into their applicant tracking system or takes other steps you can see it there. We've been honored by the pubic's great interest in Job Nexus but transparently have run late on some orders in the past few weeks due to the influx of orders. While the CV is submitted all at once to recruiters (as is noted on our website homepage), your recruiter report is live updated as recruiters view your information and you to their applicant tracking systems. Thereafter, those recruiters can send you updates if there are opportunities appropriate for you.
