Let's get real. When I applied to Job Duck was in the middle of the pandemic and 100% remote work was a must since I have a daughter to look after. I passed all the challenges (yes, it was different than any other selection process) but the thing is working there is AMAZING. I can take care of my kids (now I have 2), log in and log out at a fixed hour (no extra hours at all). I just have so much quality time with my family and I'm no longer complaining about traffic, commute, and leaving my kids in daycare. It's been great for me as a mom!
