SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! If something is too good to be true it really is. Ordered a ring set - box came NOTHING inside!! Contacted Joan.cee and they just said 'Order has been delivered' yes the bl***y box has. Paid all that money for an empty box! dont get scammed guys. Better off buying Haribo rings!

Placed an order end of Jan for my wedding ring. Two and a half weeks later and still hadn't received any notifications. Started to question whether the website was a scam!! Found their Facebook page/this page etc and every single person has said the exact thing happened to them. They take your money, you don't receive the jewellery. I've read the old review where someone has received the ring but needed to send it back. They couldn't send me back because you get charged for the return. I've come to the conclusion I'm not going to receive my ring. They have taken so many peoples money. They are ripping people off left, right and centre!!! AVOID!!! Now I need to try and get my money back. They haven't responded to any of mine or my partners email!!

I placed an order on January 12th. I emailed their customer service department for the last two weeks. Told them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They asked me to be patient and they can give me ten dollars back. I told them NO I got something else because I need it for Valentines Day! Early this morning they send me and email said they have shipped. I told you for the last week to cancel and refund my money because I don't need it. This company is the worst. I'm going to have to go to my back and dispute this charge and get my money back. I have all the email correspondence with this company. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS been over a month and I nothing.
