Stolen item, tried to not refund me
Ordered an engagement ring to propose to my partner 1. It was really late 2. The item was stolen before it arrived 3. Trying to negotiate with a refund and offer me 60% then 80% until I sent them their own policy for refunds then saying they are finding it hard to help me I would never ever recommend this company to anyone I wouldn’t even put one star but I had to Please please do not buy from here

The size guide is wrong
The size guide is wrong! The engraving is not worth it at all! You can buy much better and stainless steel with way better customer service and lower prices any where but here! They also have a return policy that doesn't allow any returns at all! They are scamming you out of alot of money for a very very cheap ring!

Horrible company asked for a refund 5…
Horrible company asked for a refund 5 times and they are still playing silly games I know your reading this Joancee I will get every last dollar refunded. Read reply on 3/26/25 V64250314162431623 Brandon.doyon@gmail,com the email name is the same as the name I used to place the order I don’t want any other rectification other then full refund.

DO NOT ORDER - ITS A SCAM!!
My fiancé ordered a white sapphire wedding ring set march 12. Paid for expedited shipping $26 for it to come within 3-5 days. Waited and waited and never showed. Emailed them and their responses were short and suspicious. Did our research to find those reviews on here saying the same exact thing. Do NOT buy anything from this company!!!! It’s a scam!!!

Item not received. Ignored e mails. Awful service!! Steer clear!
My partner ordered me an engagement ring on here 5th March, and paid £20 for 3-5 business day delivery. It’s now the 18th, and no ring! We have e mailed them. But no response. Fuming! And will be taking this further! Awful site. Steer well clear!! I’ll see what they say once my solicitor has glanced over this!!!! 😡

Disgusting service ordered some things weeks befor Christmas still waiting now being ignored do not trust this company I’ve started a claim to get a refund and take it further

Do persist with this company about…
Do persist with this company about getting your money back iv been emailing them since 2 Feb and finally got my money ey back as I threatened to take it further to the financial ombudsman... 2 days later got my money back... I wud never give this company my time and this is not mistake it's absolutely loadz of rubbish..trying to say I recieved good and royalmail proved it wasn't sent to my address, wudnt be suprised if the didn't have it set to go to there own address and keep both the money and the goods STAY WEELLLLLLL CLLLLEEEAAAARRRR
