I was sceptical because of these reviews. I ordered in April, got my ring 3 weeks later. I ordered from them as they are the only ones that have my ring size which is quite large for a female due to my water retention. It fits perfectly. The tracking was a bit confusing because it was limited and I got nervous. I would definitely order again. My rings are heavy and look amazing.

As of today I can truly say that Joancee made good on their promise. I finally received my wedding band. I absolutely love my wedding set that my husband and I purchased from them. It’s beautiful 😻. I have contacted customer service because it can take a while for your order to come, but whenever I’ve talked to them they are so friendly and very helpful.
