Ryan and underwriting process was really good. Securing Insurance was excellent. After approval was a real let down. Your funding process soured the experience. It was clunky and created delays in solidifying the transaction. Being in financial service, I know that this process can be better and still ensure lien recording in your favor. There have to be better options versus mailing a check to fund. Although I have 30 days to register and record the lien, I received immediate pressure to have this done despite your funding delays. Wasn’t a good experience even compared to the previous two times I’ve financed vehicles with you. Would recommend Ryan and the insurance contact, however.
