Your designs are very nice, but your sizing is always a mess. I ordered a 2XL hoodie as a gift for someone who normally wears XL, and they can't even zip it closed. A complete waste of money.

I placed an order in January 2017, it was the wrong item (different edition), not what was advertised. After informing them of the error with a detailed email, all I received was an email asking me to read the return policy. No personalization. I wrote back expressing my disappointment in their response. They apologized and offered a replacement at no cost to me. It's the end of May 2017 (4 months after the initial purchase) and I'm still waiting for the correct item to arrive. After asking for a follow up all I was told is that this takes time. How much time those this take? Absolutely unacceptable tardiness when it comes to remedying the mistake.

I am very satisfied with my order.

We attended Minecon 2016 in September. The event ran out of almost every size of the exclusive tshirts, women's, men's, and kid's. So that was a big miss, because the line to the store was incredibly long only to find out the sizes were unavailable. (And the purple sheep sold out as well). So we were emailed after the event to order online and we could receive the items via mail. Wonderful. We ordered as soon as the link went up. Our items would be delivered in FIVE MONTHS. Seriously. We received them in February. Well after my kids were over the excitement of attending Minecon and sharing their experience with everyone they knew. This was a huge miss. I hope you plan accordingly for future events.

Nice Tees but the customs charges are ridonculous. Would not recommend to any European.
