I ordered a T-shirt from this website, and when I got it I discovered a hole in the side of it. I called there customer support and was a quick and easy process to report it and have them send me a replacement. They only requested that I send pictures of the damaged shirt. So I did, and I received my new undamaged t-shirt at no extra charge with no hassle. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.
